IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Uniform is compulsory for all the students. They have to wear it on all working days and in all programmes of the college.In case a student is absent from the college for more than 10 days without prior information, her name would be struck off from the college roll. For all students, it is compulsory to appear in assessment tests/pre university exams failing which their names will be struck off from the college rolls.Attendance and progress report of every student will always be available with the Principal. We request the parents/gaurdians to review the report for the progress of their wards.Parents will be informed of shortage of attendance or mis-behaviour of their ward by the Principal. If, the parents do not pay attention to resolve the matter, the college reserves the right to cancel their admission. Only those students will be permitted to participate in national level, state level or university level competition or sports activities who have been selected for the college level competitions. ATTENDANCE RULES: 1. For all regular students of the college, the minimum attendance requirement is 75% of the lectures delivered, as well as 75% of practicals and sessionals from the date of her admission. 2. Condonation of shortage of attendance : The shortage of attendance upto the limit specified below may be condoned on valid reasons. (i) 6% in each subject and 5 attendance in all aggregate of the subject/papers may be condoned by the Vice Chancellor on the recommendation of the Principal for under graduate students.
